Welcome Home – Hong Kong

Well, we’ve teased you with snippets of our life here in Hong Kong so far, throwing in the occasional post to commemorate Christmas, Chinese New Year and a Giant Poo (yes, that needs capital letters)…but now comes the part that a number of you have been waiting for with baited breath.  The part where we finally start actually blogging in livetime about our new home, the unbelievable city of Hong Kong.

To commence what will be an epic, incredibly tasty and potentially endless set of ‘official’ Hong Kong blogs, what better place to start than this fantastic video that is not only spectacular but does a pretty incredible job of summing the place up.  Welcome to the new (okay, current!) home of Waterfallsandcaribous…
